Edgecorp Constructions is a Tatts Certified Shopfitter and our team undertook the works for Tatts Watergardens project, providing a turnkey solution from design to completion.
The project was located at Watergardens Town Centre and our team coordinated the design and construction including, full design documentation, construction of the new kiosk, relocation of existing components from the existing kiosk and the full de-fit of the existing kiosk.
Working closely with our client to achieve the desired project outcomes of time, budget and quality. Some of the key challenges involved; complying with the guidelines for the Tatts brand, whilst ensuring the centre management design guidelines where adhered.
The timing of this projects was crucial to ensure that the clients had no downtime with transitioning to the new kiosk. Our project team ensured the project was managed and communicated to the client at all key milestones including the seamless relocation to the new site without disruption, allowing them to commence trading the following day in the new kiosk.
Working closely with the client, our project team, suppliers and contractors completed the full site installation process within 5 days defect free.
All stakeholders involved including Tatts head office, the Client and Centre Management were all extremely excited with the project outcome.
