Edgecorp Constructions is a Tatts Certified Shopfitter and our team undertook the works for Tatts Mernda Junction, providing a turnkey solution from design to completion.
Located at Mernda Junction our team coordinated the design and construction including, full design documentation in accordance with Tatts guidelines, complete construction and project management.
Working closely with our client to achieve the desired project outcomes of time, budget and quality. Some of the key challenges involved; complying with the guidelines for the Tatts brand, whilst ensuring the centre management design guidelines where adhered.
Our project team ensured the project was managed and communicated to the client at all key milestones including a seamless handover allowing the client to trade on their key dates.
Our project team, suppliers and contractors completed the full site installation process within 3 weeks defect free.
All stakeholders involved including Tatts head office, the Client and Centre Management were all extremely excited with the project outcome.
