Edgecorp was engaged to complete the design and construct of the new location for Abergeldie Melbourne office providing a turn key solution from project inception, design and interior design through to construction, project management and delivery.

Understanding the Abergeldie vision and brief our design team commenced the initial design sketches, ensuring the space was maximised whilst adhering to building compliance.

converting the two story warehouse from a rundown space to a new fresh work environment created a welcoming experience for all Abergeldie staff.

Working closely with the client to achieve the desired outcomes in the space the key brief;

The scope consisted of full internal de fit and demolition of 2 levels followed by extensive structural works and major upgrades to all services including mechanical, electrical and hydraulics.

• three meeting rooms with audio visual equipment
• one boardroom
• managers office
• partitions
• ceilings
• new reception area
• refurbished amenities
• refurbished kitchen
• new LED lighting throughout including hi bays
