The new Mernda Junction Lotto & Tobacco is open for trade!
Edgecorp Constructions completed the new store at Mernda Junction Shopping Centre. The Edgecorp team, Subcontractors and Suppliers delivered this project on time, in budget and to achieve the full specification requested by the client and stakeholders.
From a empty shell, our team started the design process working closely with the client; discussing there needs and wants, ensuring all requested where aligned with Tatts guidelines and centre managements requirements. Throughout the design phase our estimating team produced cost plans and options for the client enabling them to make decisions on best solutions for there store.
Our project management team procured and managed every aspect of the construction phase including the structural design and shopfront installation, services and ceilings, speciality walls and joinery and floor finishes.
The Client, Tatts and Centre Management were all delighted with the outcome.
